Every year, billions of euros in EU grants go unclaimed, mismanaged, or lost to bureaucratic friction — not because good ideas are missing, but because the system connecting funding to execution is broken. Sploro was built to close that gap.
As Europe's specialists in cascade funding and FSTP (Financial Support to Third Parties) programme management, Sploro has helped distribute EU grants directly into the hands of hundreds of startups and SMEs across dozens of Horizon Europe, EIC, and COSME-backed initiatives. And because managing that money manually doesn't scale, Sploro also built Kronis and the Cascade Funding Matcher — the first SaaS platform purpose-built to run EU grants operations end-to-end, from eligibility matching to financial reporting.
