Startup OLÉ has extensive experience over the last 11 years in energising the entrepreneurial ecosystem due to the close and constant collaboration between Startup OLÉ and a large number of relevant actors (a broad public-private platform of collaborators) from the Spanish and international ecosystem as a result of the interaction through the implementation of European projects and initiatives such as:

-WELCOME: PAN-EUROPEAN WEB ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND STARTUP ECOSYSTEM
WELCOME aimed to connect 4 main EU ecosystems (Berlin, Dublin, Milan and Madrid/Salamanca), identifying and engaging through the local WELCOME partners the most relevant actors of the 4 ecosystems (investors, corporations, media, successful entrepreneurs) with early stage, growth stage and scaleups startups.

Startup Europe’s first initiative focused on the internationalisation of new innovative companies by identifying the most promising European start-ups and connecting them with large and medium-sized corporations.

-CYL-HUB: INTERNATIONAL HUB OF INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE TERRITORY OF CASTILLA Y LEON

Its objective was to create an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Castilla y León to promote reforms that help and accelerate economic and social recovery by focusing on 5 cross-cutting areas, such as: 1) job creation, 2) ecological transition, 3) social and territorial cohesion, 4) digitalisation and 5) gender equality.

-CIBER-SHUBE: SPAIN’S INTERNATIONAL HUB FOR OPEN INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGICAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE FIELD OF CYBERSECURITY
defined through a transnational project as a set of activities in the fields of Cybersecurity, Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship to promote reforms that help and accelerate the economic and social recovery of Spain. This project is supported by funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and the Digital Spain 2026 agenda.

-CIBER-OLÉ: DEVELOPMENT OF ACTIONS WITHIN THE INCIBE EMPRENDE PROGRAMME IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE RECOVERY, TRANSFORMATION AND RESILIENCE PLAN.
This is an initiative that is part of the National Cybersecurity Industry Promotion Programme to influence key aspects aimed at the growth and development of new companies in the sector, framed in the INCIBE Emprende programme, and with which the University of Salamanca will develop the initiative in order to promote entrepreneurial initiatives in cybersecurity, with the common goal of incorporating entrepreneurs into the Spanish digital economy and society, providing material and/or personal resources for its achievement in a joint and coordinated manner. aim to support European scaleups to ‘go to market’ in Europe and internationally by providing exclusive opportunities.

-EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial): INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURIAL ECOSYSTEM IMPULSE PROGRAM

The project was financed with funds from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, from the General Secretariat for Industry and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, which have been incorporated into the budget of the EOI Foundation.

-Cátedra RTVE – Universidad de Salamanca:

The RTVE Chair at the University of Salamanca has, among other objectives, to carry out activities of development, study, promotion and dissemination of technological entrepreneurship in the Media sector, favoring the creation and consolidation of a robust ecosystem in which both institutions play a leading role in the digital transformation and the technological and industrial development of our country.

Budget: 10.000€ per year
-Rural European Innovation Area (REInA):

This European initiative was supported by the European Commissioner for Research, Innovation, Education, Culture and Youth, Ms Mariya Gabriel, as well as the European Vice-President for Democracy and Demography, Ms Dubravka Šuica and the European Commissioner for Agriculture, Mr Janusz Wojciechowski, together with European-level entities such as EIC, EIT, OECD, Enisa, Startup Portugal, etc.
